Vendor Registration form for Ogilvie's Back to the Tower Days
STOP & READ - If you are selling an item at the event, you must complete a Department of Revenue form called an Operator Certificate of Compliance (ST19) and upload it below before registering! Download the form HERE Booth Placement - Once your application has been approved, you can then request a placement in the event. We will do our best to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee your placement. Two or More Booths Together - We will do our best to accommodate, however we cannot guarantee your placement.
Vendors assume all responsibility for their own items and booth. The spots will be ten feet by ten feet, and you must provide your own canopy (if wanted), tables and chairs.
Vendors must be set up before 10:00 AM and cannot tear down until after 3:30 PM. Vendors must make sure their area is completely cleaned up by 5:00 PM
The payment of $35 is non-refundable. Funds will be used by the Ogilvie Back to the Tower Committee to help fund current and future events.
